Highest precision with ease implemented for Aston Martin: The Schigan disk presetting device allows the operator to precisely adjust the frameless door windows according to the manufacturer's specifications. In order to allow the employee the easiest possible handling, mechanically machined aluminum frame frames were chosen for the basic frameworks. Custom dial gauges indicate the tolerance range when adjusting the windows - protecting vehicle paint from damage is the top priority.

The project presented the planners with a particular challenge: the complete 3D planning had to be carried out without real data before the launch of the vehicle;

Special added value for the customer: The transport rack is at the same time a "chief erector", which was welded together from solid steel tubes, processed and measured and set using FARO measuring technology.
